Rapid Beč – kad sam analizirao klubove za Hajdukovu strategiju, jedan od najsličnijih Hajduku je Rapid. Slavna tradicija, navijački klub, najomiljeniji u državi, s najviše navijača. Klub iz svoje akademije podiže igrače, skautira u okruženju. Michael Krammer (tada 53 godine) je postao predsjednik 2013.godine, do tada CEO telekomunikacijske tvrtke Orange. I odmah strategija s ciljem do 2019. godine biti u 50 klubova Europe … 13/14 grupa EL, 15/16 među 32 EL, 16/17 gruoa EL, 18/19 grupa EL … novi stadion 72 m eura, grad 40% Rapid iz poslovanja 60% … postali su korporacija sa 7 jasnih projekata (korporacija, novi stadion, širenje marketinga i prodaje na nove modele i tržišta, cilj novih 10.000 članova, uključivanje članova u rad kluba kroz maksimalnu transparentnost, agresivno u mobilne usluge i druśtvene mreže, otvaranje međunarodnom tržištu. Kroz sve to rast budžeta da se ne ovisi o plasmanu u Europu i prodaju igrača, ulaganje u skaute za točno određena tržišta i omladinsku śkolu kao najpoželjniju u ovom dijelu Europe.

Ovo je izjavio prilikom reizbora 2016.godina na još 3 godine, a tu je i nova prezentacija …

Michael Krammer commented on the visions that were unusually clearly communicated to Austria: “These are ambitious goals that we strive for and it may be that you make yourself vulnerable to public goals. For me, it is important that everyone in and around the club knows these goals, because only then we can do everything together to achieve it! ”

As part of the re-election on 28 November 2016 further goals for the next three years were proclaimed, including the leap into the top 50 of the UEFA club ranking, as well as the increase in sales from national competitions in the amount of 40 million euros. In addition, three national title wins will be entered by 2023 and the regular qualification for UEFA competitions will also be in focus! At the top of the list of priorities is also the establishment of an own training center in order to be able to guarantee the best possible conditions for the next generation!
